PROCESSING AND PURPOSE:
The personal data requested by WORKOBOT S.A.S. will be used for the following purposes: various purposes such as citizen/client service (PQR management), customer loyalty, administrative procedures, document entry and exit registration, employee management, as well as accounting, tax, and administrative management in processes such as consulting, auditing, advisory services, and related services. Administrative management, customer management, collection and payment management, billing management, supplier management, economic and accounting management, tax management, commercial relationship history, justice – legal proceedings, marketing and advertising, and commercial prospecting – profile analysis, opinion surveys, commercial prospecting, own advertising, market segmentation, decision support systems, remote sales, human resources – time control, staff training, payroll management, personnel management, temporary work management, social benefits, occupational risk prevention, employment promotion and management, personnel promotion and selection, building security and access control, data update campaigns and information about changes in personal data processing, data and database custody and management, attention and response to judicial or administrative authority requirements, data and reference verification, verification of legal, technical and/or financial requirements, sending communications, offering products and services, and complying with Colombian regulations, especially those related to anti-money laundering.
Also, data may be provided to third parties with whom WORKOBOT has a contractual relationship, when necessary for the fulfillment of the contracted purpose, including event invitations, promotion of new products or services, customer loyalty, and compliance with Colombian legislation, especially those related to anti-money laundering.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS:
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:
(i) Access your provided data that has been processed, free of charge.
(ii) Know, update, and correct your data when it is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented, misleading, or when its processing is prohibited or unauthorized.
(iii) Request free proof of the authorization granted, except when it is expressly exempted as a requirement for processing, in accordance with Article 10 of Law 1581 of 2012.
(iv) File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of current regulations.
(v) Revoke the authorization and/or request deletion of your data when the processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees, provided there is no legal or contractual obligation to retain it.
(vi) Refuse to answer questions about sensitive data. Responses regarding sensitive data or data of children and adolescents are optional.
(vii) Be informed by the Data Controller or Data Processor of how your personal data has been used, upon request.
