WORKOBOT SAS (hereinafter “WORKOBOT”) has a duty of confidentiality regarding the information you have provided. Consequently, the processing that WORKOBOT will perform on your personal information includes the collection, storage, updating, use, circulation, or deletion of the information, whether physically or through automated means, and its use is limited to the purposes set forth in our Personal Data Processing Policies, which you can access via the link provided above.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
WORKOBOT shall guarantee the legitimate data subjects, whose information has been collected in our databases, the exercise of the following rights:

Right to Update: To know, update, and correct your personal data held by the company or those in charge of processing. This right may be exercised regarding partial, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading data, or data whose processing is prohibited or not authorized.

Right to Proof: To request proof of the authorization granted to the company, except in cases where it is not required as established in Article 10 of Law 1581 of 2012 (or any rules that regulate, add to, complement, modify, or repeal it), or when processing has continued according to Article 10, paragraph 4 of Decree 1377 of 2013.

Right to Deletion: To request the deletion of your personal data from our databases, provided there is no legal or contractual obligation that prevents such deletion.
Data subjects may exercise their legal rights and follow the procedures established in this policy by presenting their ID document or a copy thereof. Minors may exercise their rights personally or through their parents or legal guardians, who must demonstrate this authority through the appropriate documentation. Similarly, the rights of the data subject may be exercised by their successors, the legal representative and/or attorney-in-fact with the appropriate accreditation, and those who have made a stipulation in favor of or for another.

These rights may be exercised through the communication channels provided by WORKOBOT, which acts as the Data Controller and has made available such channels for handling requests related to your personal data and exercising your legal rights.
You are hereby informed that you are not obligated to authorize our company to process information classified as sensitive data, and therefore, you may refuse to provide authorization for the processing of such data. Likewise, you may choose not to provide information related to children and adolescents (under 18 years of age).
For the purpose of this authorization, sensitive data to be processed is defined as that which affects the privacy of the data subject or which, if misused, could lead to discrimination—such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in unions, social or human rights organizations, political party affiliation, or data concerning health, sex life, biometric data. WORKOBOT will retain the information in its databases solely for the following purposes:
